Sattva Group is currently marketing two separate projects on the Devanahalli / Bellary Road corridor with almost identical names: Sattva Vasanta Skye and Sattva Vasanta Cove. We've already fielded enquiries where buyers assumed a price or floor plan from one project applied to the other — an easy mistake given the shared "Vasanta" branding, same developer and same general address. This post exists purely to keep the two straight: different land parcels, different RERA numbers, different unit mixes, different price points.

2. Scale: A Full Township vs a Compact Development
Sattva Vasanta Skye is a genuine integrated township — 16 acres, 1,077 homes across multiple towers, 4 clubhouses and 2 large central parks, with roughly 80% of the land kept open. Sattva Vasanta Cove is a much smaller, standalone development on just 1.3 acres with 2 towers and 200 units total. If you're looking for the amenity depth and community scale of a full township, Skye is the closer match; if you want a smaller, more focused development, Cove fits that brief.
3. Unit Mix: Family Homes vs Studio/1 BHK Only
This is the single biggest practical difference between the two. Sattva Vasanta Skye offers a genuinely broad range — verified 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK homes from ~707 sq.ft. up to ~2,623 sq.ft., suitable for everyone from a single professional to a large family. Sattva Vasanta Cove offers only Studio (533–625 sq.ft.) and 1 BHK (887–952 sq.ft.) homes — there is no 2 BHK or larger option at Vasanta Cove at all. If you need a family-sized home, Vasanta Cove is simply not an option; you'd want Vasanta Skye, or a larger project like Sattva Aeropolis or Sattva City.
4. Pricing
Entry pricing is broadly similar at the smallest configuration — Vasanta Skye's 1 BHK starts around ₹63 Lakhs against Vasanta Cove's Studio at around ₹59 Lakhs — but the comparison stops there, since Vasanta Cove has no larger units to compare against Vasanta Skye's 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK price points (₹1.05 Cr to ₹1.99 Cr onwards). Both figures are indicative and subject to change; confirm current pricing directly before deciding.
5. Location Nuance
Both projects sit on or near Bellary Road in Devanahalli, but with slightly different immediate surroundings. Vasanta Skye is positioned directly opposite the National Public School (NPS), about 10 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Vasanta Cove sits closer still to the airport at approximately 5–10 minutes, directly adjacent to the KIADB Aerospace Park, an upcoming Foxconn facility and Prestige Tech Cloud — a more employment-corridor-focused address than Skye's broader township positioning.
6. RERA — Do Not Mix These Up

These are two distinct, independently verified registrations — we checked both against our own records and against each other, and confirmed no overlap or duplication. If a broker or listing quotes you a RERA number for "Vasanta Cove" or "Vasanta Skye," always cross-check it against the correct number above before proceeding, and verify independently on the official Karnataka RERA website.
Our Honest Assessment
Choose Sattva Vasanta Skye if you want the amenity depth and unit-size flexibility of a full 16-acre township — especially if you need a 2 BHK or larger. Choose Sattva Vasanta Cove if you specifically want the smallest possible ticket size into a Sattva-branded Devanahalli address and don't need more than a Studio or 1 BHK. Both are legitimate, separately RERA-registered Sattva Group projects — the confusion only exists because of how similarly they're named, not because of any overlap in what they actually offer.
